Terms and Conditions

  By scheduling or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms help ensure safe, reliable, and professional service for all customers.


1. Services Provided

First Due Poo Removal provides residential and commercial pet waste removal services, including:

  • Weekly cleanings
  • Bi-weekly cleanings
  • One-time cleanups
  • Initial cleanups
  • Optional deodorizing or sanitizing services (if selected)

Services include removal of visible pet waste from designated areas and secure disposal in the customer’s trash receptacle unless otherwise agreed upon.

2. Access to Property

Customers are responsible for providing safe and accessible entry to service areas on scheduled service days.

  • Gates must be unlocked or access arrangements provided.
  • If we are unable to access the yard, service may be skipped and charges may still apply.
  • We are not responsible for damage caused by faulty gates, fences, or latches.

As part of our commitment to professionalism and communication, First Due Poo Removal will send arrival notifications, completion messages, and photos confirming gates were properly secured after service.

3. Pet Safety

For the safety of our staff and your pets:

  • Aggressive dogs must be secured indoors during service.
  • Customers are responsible for informing us of any pets with behavioral concerns.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if unsafe conditions exist.

4. Yard Conditions & Weather

Service quality may be affected by:

  • Tall grass
  • Heavy leaves or debris
  • Snow, ice, mud, or flooding
  • Severe weather conditions

While we will always do our best to provide thorough service, First Due Poo Removal cannot guarantee complete waste removal in unsafe or obstructed conditions. Service may be rescheduled due to severe weather or emergency conditions.  

5. Billing & Payments

  • Payment is due according to the selected service plan.
  • Recurring services may require a card on file for automatic billing.
  • Failed or declined payments may result in paused or discontinued service until payment is resolved.
  • Initial cleanups may require additional fees depending on yard condition and accumulation.

6. Cancellations & Service Pauses

  • Customers may cancel recurring service with at least 48 hours notice before the next scheduled visit.
  • Temporary pauses must be requested in advance.
  • Missed visits caused by locked gates, unsecured pets, or inaccessible yards are non-refundable.  

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact us within 24–48 hours and we will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue.  

8. Health & Sanitation

To help prevent cross-contamination between properties, our tools and footwear are cleaned and sanitized regularly between visits.  

9. Limitation of Liability

First Due Poo Removal is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing property damage
  • Injuries caused by unsafe yard conditions or animals
  • Missed waste due to obstructed visibility or hazardous conditions
  • Delays caused by weather, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
